General terms and conditions

These user terms (below “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders and purchases you make through MORRIS’s web shop, which is available at www.morrisstockholm.com and all sub-pages to this website (below the “Website”). By ordering from the Website, you agree to the application of the Terms and Conditions between you and MORRIS (JM ALSEN DESIGN AB). The Website is operated by JM ALSEN DESIGN AB (MORRIS) with its registered office in BORÅS, SWEDEN (corporate registration number 556657-2649) (VAT number SE556657264901), (below “MORRIS”).

Your order constitutes a request to purchase and pay for certain product(s) from MORRIS. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email in which MORRIS confirms receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to MORRIS’s approval and are subject to availability. MORRIS will send you an email confirming that the product has been sent to you (Delivery Information). The agreement between you and MORRIS is concluded when MORRIS sends you the Delivery Information.

You must be at least 18 years old to make orders and shop on the Website.

MORRIS makes reservations for sold-out items, stock differences, technical issues, changes to specifications and any typographic errors on our side. MORRIS also makes reservations for incomplete product information.

If MORRIS cannot ascertain your home address, your order will not become valid. MORRIS also reserves the right to refuse orders in certain cases.

MORRIS endeavours to make sure that the reproduction of the items on the Website is as close to reality as possible. However, MORRIS cannot guarantee that all images exactly reproduce the real appearance of the products, e.g. MORRIS cannot guarantee that the proportions and colours displayed on the Website exactly reproduce the proportions and colours that the items have in real life. How the colours are reproduced depends e.g. on your screen, your graphic card and the settings on your computer.


The prices of the goods are quoted exclusive of delivery charges and payment fees, which are sometimes added when the value of your order is calculated at the check-out. This is clearly shown before payment is made.

The Website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some products, despite MORRIS’s best endeavours, may be incorrectly priced. MORRIS will check the prices as part of its dispatch routine.

Transport damage

All packages sent from MORRIS to you are insured by JM ALSEN DESIGN AB. If you discover that a package is damaged when you collect it, you must file a complaint directly at the pick-up point. If you discover the damage at home before you open the package, you must contact customer care immediately.

Products damaged in transport are replaced by MORRIS free of charge.

Personal data

All data and all information which you provide MORRIS when completing your order are used for the customer relation between you and MORRIS. MORRIS works to maintain your privacy on the internet. We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.


The Website may contain links to other websites which are outside of MORRIS’s control. MORRIS is not responsible for the privacy protection or content on these websites and provides the links in order to enable our visitors to find information within specific areas.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, war-like events, civil war, revolution, riots, public authority actions, lockouts, blockades, natural disasters or similar events, JM Alsén Design AB will be able to invoke force majeure. This means that this agreement does not have to be fulfilled in full. Should this occur, we will try to notify the customer. In the event of any dispute, we will, of course, comply with the decision of the European ODR (Online dispute resolution).

Do we use cookies?
On morrisstockholm.com and related websites, permanent cookies are used for best functionality.

What are cookies used for?
A cookie is small text file which is stored on your computer and which contains information. Technically, cookies are used for the website’s functionality, e.g. log-in, navigation and handling of forms. There are two types of cookies; one type which saves a file permanently on your computer and one type which is saved temporarily during the time you visit the website.

How can you avoid cookies?
If you do not want to allow cookies to be stored on your computer, you can turn it off in your web browser’s settings (see your web browser’s instructions; the procedure varies depending on the web browser). This does mean, however, that the functionality on the website is restricted.

Intellectual property rights

The content on the Website is protected by intellectual property rights which belong to MORRIS. The photos on the Website may not be copied.

Returns & Exhanges

Cancellation of order

Naturally, MORRIS wants you to be satisfied with the clothes that you order from us. Therefore, we offer all our customers the right to return the goods for a full refund within 14 days of the collection of your package. The same applies to products on sale.

You may of course try the products, but upon return the product must be returned unused, together with labels and markings and in its original packaging. As regards purchase of perfumes, returns are only approved for unopened, sealed packages. Underwear and swimwear may be taken out of their packaging, but may not be tried on for hygienic reasons.


If you wish to exchange a product, cancel your order as usual and thereafter make a new order in our web shop. When your return is received by us, we will repay the full amount for your original purchase. Regarding exchanges, MORRIS pays for the return delivery charges.

Please note that goods ordered via morrisstockholm.com cannot be returned to shops that sell MORRIS clothes. This is because the shops are independent companies that buy their clothes from MORRIS amongst others.

Print out and complete our return note or contact MORRIS customer service and we will send you a form. Complete the return note with the good(s) you would like to return and why. Leave the package at your nearest post office or agent to be returned to us. It normally takes 2-4 weekdays before we have received and handled your returns.

Please remember always to get a receipt for your returns when you have left them with the post office or agent. If the package is lost, you will need to be able to show that you have left the package at the post office or agent.

Delivery charges for your destination and goods is shown in the shopping cart. If you use the MORRIS return note, which has been sent to you (MORRIS charges for returns) we will charge you one standard freight for return delivery charges by deducting that amount from the credit on your returns. If a package is not collected, we will debit you 20 Euros for return delivery charges.

We will handle your returns as soon as we get them back to our warehouse. You will receive an email that confirms that we have received your returns. If you do not receive an email confirmation within eight days of you returning the package, please contact customercare@morrisstockholm.com. customercare@morrisstockholm.com.

Credit card payments – the same card that you used to make your purchase will be refunded. It takes 2-3 banking days from us receiving and handling your returns until you will get the money back in your account.

Incorrect delivery

If a product is damaged or is not the one you ordered, please contact our customer care as soon as you discover the error. In the first place we will see if it is possible to repair the faulty product. If we cannot replace the product or remedy the fault, you will get your money back.

If the package is damaged when you collect it, or something is spoiled, please save the packaging and contact customer care.


If the product was purchased in a shop, please refer to that shop to make a complaint. If the product was purchased at morrisstockholm.com, send an email to customercare@morrisstockholm.com. Attach a picture of the product, the approximate date of purchase and describe the faults. A customer who is making a return and who does not intend to exercise his/her right to cancel a purchase, will bear the risk for damage that may occur during transport.

If the product is faulty, MORRIS will cover the cost of return delivery and for any delivery charges for delivery of a new replacement product.

Delivery times

The delivery time is about 1-3 weekdays from placing an order. During peak periods and sales, it can take somewhat longer. When we have dispatched your package (your order) you will get a confirmation by email. When your package is ready to be collected from your nearest post office or agent you will receive a TEXT (SMS) notification.

Delivery charges

Your delivery charge will be shown in the shopping cart when you have selected your destination and placed your goods in the cart.

If a package is not collected, Euro 20 will be charged for return delivery and administration.

Cancelling your order

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products you ordered during which you may cancel your order. You have 14 days in which to send the products back to us from the date on which you collected the package or you notified us that you wish to exercise your right to cancel. During this period, you are able to send back to use the products you received and be refunded the money you paid for them. You will get back all the money you have paid for the order within 14 days. If you only return part of the order, the rules on returns (see under the heading Returns). You pay the return charges yourself. If you use the prepaid consignment note, which is sent with your order, it will only cost one standard freight which is adjusted on your refund.

The distance agreement ends automatically when you exercise your right to cancel the order to which the matter relates.



When you place an order an amount will be reserved on your card. However, this amount is not charged to your account until your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The amount that is charged is for the products that are actually dispatched from the warehouse. You are not charged for products that are no longer in stock. Adjustments can take up to three banking days. We work with DIBS in administering card payments. Morrisstockholm.com and related websites currently accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard.

When you confirm your order, an amount will be reserved on your card. This reservation does not mean that your card has been charged. Instead the money will be taken from your account when your order has been fully processed. If an order for a product is cancelled or cannot be delivered, we will not charge for it. The amount for such a product is released to your card and we only charge an amount for the products sent to you.

Morrisstockholm.com and related websites use the latest security technology for card payments over the internet and use 3D-secure, which ensures that only the card’s rightful owner can make a purchase over the internet. No card details are stored with MORRIS. Instead we send these to our payment partner, DIBS. All processing of card payments is encrypted (SSL) by our PCI-certified security partner, DIBS so that no unauthorised person can see the details you provide regarding your card.
